Food safety is related to existence conditions of food source through consumption chain. Since every tache of the food chain has the possibility of food safety danger ,taking effective measures to control food chain is necessary. So all participants involving in the food chain must cooperate to assure food safety.
At present, the best standard of food safety in the word is the ISO22000:2005《Food Safety Management System-requirements for any organizations in the food chain》. It is equivalent to GB/T22000-2006 in china.
Special indication: organizations during food chain including: feedstuff producers, junior producers, food manufactures, transportation and storage operators, retailers, restaurant service operators (consisting of close organization with food chain, such as equipments, detergent, additives and assistant producers), and relative service suppliers.
